Tycoon®!! This is a virtual gardening sim
game and takes place on the island of Isola where you must
nurture plants and experiment with increasingly rare and valuable
species. Begin with a few dollars in your pocket, a handful
of seeds, soil and water. Grow your plants, organize and harvest
seeds with care. Be careful to monitor your plants' health,
age and maturity and be particular vigilant of dehydration
and infestations. Later, you'll be able to sell your creations
to fund your research and to buy much improved tools and supplies
for your plants. With over 500 species of plants to discover,
each new species places you within reach of your ultimate
goal of solving the genetic puzzle and discovering the 6 Magic
Plants of the island of Isola.

Part 1: Taking the elements of the popular TV series LOST,
(which is sort of like a modern version of Gilligan's Island)

in a fun real-time island village sim. You're stranded on
an island called Isola and must lead and teach the village
