One day the well-renowned adventurer, Laura Jones, received a letter with news that an ancient talisman has just been discovered. The talisman is an important key to understanding the Mystical Gates, which preserve the source of sacred powers that holds the collective consciousness by which people all over the world are affected. Ms. Jones has the heavy responsibility of protecting the portal and keeping evil from reaching the Gates. On your adventure with her you will encounter quirky characters that will make you laugh, but remember: it’s up to you to help Laura Jones search for clues, solve puzzles, and ultimately save the world from the fatal destruction that could end it all for humanity. A new game for mac! I’m not gonna lie. Pixie is awesome, and I’m not saying that because it was made by my favorite game developers Phelios (PTK Game Engine, Kaijin, Doulber) and EMV (Warblade and PocMon).

What’s the game about? The game’s main character, Pixie, loses her way in a magical forest one day and needs your guidance to return home. To succeed, gamers must play and advance in each game level, which will ultimately send Pixie on her way home, safe and sound. For each level, the objective of the game is to fence off or claim a majority of the playing field, turning it to a happy place filled with flowers, butterflies, mushrooms and life. Click on the playing board and send a magical vine to block off areas of the board. Block off bugs and other enemies to turn them into something more plesant. Catch coins as they fly off the bugs, then buy helpful bonuses like bombs, shields, health potions, extra lives and more in the game’s shop. Pixie features 100 levels, boss challenges, lots of good and bad bonuses, family friendly and highly addictive. NOTE! Pixie is also available for PC gamers!

A new hidden objects game for mac! And it’s a killer, too.

This new game was completely inspired by the movie, Righteous Kill, starring Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. You can’t get more star studded than that, can you? Anyway, the movie is about to be released on DVD so stay tuned. Now, back to the game. Righteous Kill involves the events surrounding a series of murders in New York City. You are Officer Erica Dean who investigates crime scenes in search of a vigilante who is a sort of killer’s killer. He takes up killing criminals known for commiting crimes against women. Initial evidence leads to the arrest of the primary suspect, Terry Collins. But more murders begin to take place after he is held in custody…so something strange is happening, indeed. Is someone committing copy-cat murders, or was the wrong man arrested? OR. Another possibility? Find out.
