After you
place your order, you MUST email us a photo. Without it, we can
NOT make your icon.

Do NOT send
photos via standard mail. We only accept emailed photos. Photos
sent by standard mail will not be returned to you.

Your email
system must accept email from us: If you have spam filters that
do not allow us to send you email (and they throw away your icon),
we will have no idea that you didn't receive your icon and we
will have no way to respond to you if you send us an email complaining
that you didn't receive your icon. You also will NOT receive a
refund for work that we've already done. We will, however, send
you your icon as soon as you are able to receive email from us.

Icons will
only be made of animals. No humans or objects, please.

Please make
certain that the photo you email to us is clear and shows your
pet the way you want your pet to look. Try to send a photo that
displays any strong features. Make sure the photo centers on your
pet's face.

Please do
not send inappropriate photos.

Personal Use
Icons can be used on non-commercial websites.

You must pay
a license ($250 per icon) if you will use the icon for commercial
purposes.

No guarantees
are made that you will like the icon. Icons will NOT be
remade and all sales are
final.
